(CRSI), is excited to announce the addition of Florene Bellows as HR Recruiter/Specialist. Ms. Bellows has over 25 years of Human Resources generalist experience gained in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, sales, healthcare, and city government. She is skilled in all aspects of the HR field with particular emphasis on the full lifecycle recruitment process.

“We’re very excited to add someone of Flo’s depth of experience and industry knowledge; she is going to be a huge asset in our future growth plans,” comments Kimberlee Roe, Chief Administrative Officer. “We pride ourselves on developing and maintaining lasting partnerships, and this is where Flo shines. We’re excited to have her join the team; she is a great fit.”

In her role as HR Recruiter/Specialist, Ms. Bellows plans, directs, and coordinates all staffing and recruitment practices, position postings, career fair events, orientation activities and additional onboarding functions in support of the organization’s mission, vision, values, strategic staffing goals and objectives. Operational responsibilities include: resume screening, telephone interviews, coordination of employment testing, employee orientation, background and drug screening processes, staff training and development, hiring and termination protocols and practices, succession planning, and compliance reporting for EEO and Affirmative Action processes related to GSA contracting and other regulatory authorities. Ms. Bellows also coordinates defined organizational and departmental staffing programs to ensure attainment of workforce goals for continued growth and profit of the organization.
